March of Dimes is a champion for all babies – those born healthy and those that need help to survive and thrive. It is our mission to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. By participating in this annual running event, you are raising funds to support community programs, advocacy, research and education in an effort to give every baby a healthy start.
